How to flash Samsung Stock ROM using Samsung Odin – Odin flashing tutorial

Your device should have at least 30-40 percent of your device battery to get good flashing performance. These are the instruction to flash Samsung stock ROM on the windows computer using Samsung Odin.

1. Download and install Samsung USB driver on your PC.
2. Enable USB Debugging mode in your device from Settings > Developer Option > USB Debugging > enable it with a tick. If you could not find the “developer option” for android 4.2.0 or above devices, you can find developer option from Settings > About Phone > Built Number (Click on it for 5-8 times)
3. Power off your device.
4. Boot your device into Download mode. Press and hold volume down key, power key and home key. When your phone vibrates leave the power key but keep holding the volume down key and home key.
5. Warning Yellow Triangle sing on the screen. Then click Volume up key.
6. Download Odin tool and open it.
7. Connect your mobile to the PC.
8. Odin will identify your device itself. “Added” message on the screen now.
9. Click “PDA” button and select tar.md5 file and then click start.
10. You will see the “Green Pass Message”. Now remove the USB cable from the mobile.
11. Boot your device into Stock Recovery mode. In recovery mode, Wipe Data/factory reset.
12. Once Cache Data is cleared, you will see the recovery menu. Click Select Restart Phone.
13. Your device will restart now. Stock Rom you have flashed successfully.
